Purple Hull Jelly

An old depression time recipe for a sweet pea jelly. This is made from cleaning the hulls from purple hull peas and then cooking the hulls down to produce a sweet mix of grape, pear, plum flavor jelly.

This contains only Purple hull pea juice, sugar and pectin.
