Coffee, Laos Xam Tai Honey Processed

Atypical Coffee has partnered with Yuni Coffee Co. to source our second offering from Laos. Over 50 families from Xam Tai district in northeastern Laos labored to bring us this unique coffee. The Nala Village farmers were contemplating the viability of coffee as a cash crop when they crossed paths with Yuni Coffee in 2015. Community development through long-term investment coupled with excellence in coffee processing and innovative agricultural techniques have provided new hope for a sustainable future.
